Textures Killing My App

I had the blender export working great until I tried exporting something with a texture applied to it. I am getting an error on line 1494 of sio2_resource.cc at runtime. It seems to be having trouble loading the resource.
I assume there is some specific way to apply the texture to get it to work, does anyone know how?

Pay close attention to every move that I make in blender when applying texture... but basically its pretty straight forward...
