how to control a object which serve as a skeletal animation

hi everybody
owing to the need for skeletal animation,i insert some codes to SIO2 that come from a sdk for reading the date of MD2,but the problem is,how can i control the MD2 animation that import into the engine successfully,in another word,how can i use collision detection between the MD2 model import from the outside of SIO2 and the object inside the SIO2 engine.thanks in advance!please help me!
