Playing Video

Hi All,
I'm looking for a game engine for the iPhone that can play video, and give me the ability to render images over the video before rendering to the screen. be great too if its not just full screen, seems full screens my only option with other engines.

I'm looking for a engine that can play videos in full screen and also have the ability to set the width/height for split screen, as I would like to have other graphics on the screen(like a side menu), maybe even play 2 videos at a time, long story short I want full control of the video and if I could render other images onto of the video then thats perfect

Does SIO2 support this?
