Load image from net into SIO2material

Does anyone have any code to download a .JPG from the net and apply it to an SIO2material?

I've recently do some outsourcing work on exactly that... stream .sio2 file and texture file from an HTTP server. I can provide you consultation services on that and already have all the source code, just need to repackage it for your specific needs.
