Some Info on PVR Textures for anyone interested

Stanford University has some lecture notes and sample code regarding
PVRs and iPhone dev. The notes seem pretty introductory and high-
level; perhaps the sample code is helpful?

These notes indicate that
PVRs are loaded into video memory (as opposed to the memory used by
your application).
My apologies if none of this is actually useful. I'm still fairly new
to iPhone dev and haven't done anything with PVRs myself; just thought
I'd share these resources in case they are helpful.
