okay I 'm an newb when it comes to putting things on the ipod touch so can any plz help on how I'm supposed to put this on there

For that you need a valid developer license from Apple... if you want to test register to the Apple Developer Program and get a copy of their SDK.

oh well I thought it was open source(along with developing), but I have learned alot of stuff about jail breaking so never mind.
