2d background image to tutorial15

I want to 2D background image to tutorial15.
1. Draw 2D back image by using texture mode.
2. Draw 3D character.
First moment(before 3D drawing), the background image is displayed as expected.
But after 3D drawing, the background looks different from first moment.
