Problem with tutorial04 simple plain and cube

Going through tutorial04 I am getting an odd issue with the cube "smearing" when moving the camera left or right. An image of the cube after just moving the camera a few inches to the right is here: http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/13/22/92/13/pictur11.png

What could be causing this? All I have done is create a plane and a cube and UV mapped an image to the cube. The smearing occurs when I create the cube without a UV map as well. Any ideas?

glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT | GL_DEPTH_BUFFER_BIT);


If you have a skybox, you basically handling to clear the color buffer, if not you'll have to tell the machine to do it for you...
