First I want to say thanks. I really appreciate SIO2 and it's exporter for Blender.

Ok, so I reviewed the documentation, watched the tutorials... and am in the process of building and testing a simple cube that I can spin. I have 2 problems at the moment. The first is when I try to view the object info. It's just a bunch of random chars not a neat and tidy file format with object info. and vert coordinates etc. My second problem (might be caused by the first) is that nothing shows up in the simulator. The simulator launches... opens my app... and there is nothing but a black screen Sad

I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing but I can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

Well, for a start what you can do is test with tutorial02, create a simple scene with a camera in blender and make sure your scene name is tutorial02, and remove the previously linked .sio2 and replace it by your own. Checkout again the video for tutorial02 and make sure that you are doing the same thing...

Other than that, Im not really sure what can cause the black screen really Wink v1.2 is almost out (1 tutorial to redo which should be done today or tomorrow) and you'll be able to find in the new release of the SDK the new file format (1.1 is still binary at the moment), and as well as the exact same .blend file that I use for making the videos so that should get you started...

Cheers,
