Adding a UIViewController to the SIO2 template Empty Adding a UIViewController to the SIO2 template

Post  manuelmartinf Fri Oct 16, 2009 12:59 pm

I have added the viewControlleer .h and .m, with the EAGLView class added to this viewController. Then I have replaced the calls to the EAGLView class on the applicationDidFinishLaunching procedure on the templateAppDelegate by the calls to the EAGLView member of the new viewController class.

The code doesn't crash but doesn't draw nothing on the screen. Maybe it's a problem with the NIB file.

To sum up, does anybody knows how to add properly an UIViewController to the SIO2 template?

Thank you very much!

EAGLView is just a UIView subclass. You can put it in a UIWindow or add it as a subview of a UIViewControllers view. It's all the same.
