iP OS 3 issues...

Hi,

I'm not sure about the place to write about this problem, but can't find the better one. I moved to os3, installed new sdk blah blah and apps works well on os3 simulator, but with device I get this:

Searched whole day with google, but with no success. Can anyone help? Anyway I'm quite mad on xcode, because after updates and installation I have tons of warnings (about conversions chars to ints etc etc) and problems with devices. Is there anything I should now?
