Newbie question about decompression Empty Newbie question about decompression

In the documentation, it says: "The SIO2 file format is an evolutive, backward, forward compatible ASCII (text)
output, archived using compatible ZIP archiving utility".

What tool should be used to decompress a .sio2 file? I have tried gunzip and tar -xvf and get complaints from each (when trying decompress different sample files).

Thanks

Just use stuffit... its working perfectly... simply rename the .sio2 for .zip that's all...

Hi,

Is there any freeware that could do that?
