Problem with the reflection of objects from sio2 file

I used Tutorial 04 and I created new sio2 file.
Then I chage tutorial04.sio2 to my file in source code.
When I run simulator I see next
Can you suggest what I am doing is not right?
OS: Mac

Convert quads to triangles...
