Soft/Hard Copy and VBO Animation
What is the best approach for duplicating objects that have the VBO type animation (tutorial 15), neither soft or hard copy seems to work?
In 1.3.5 I had hacked the sio2objectduplicate to work but it was a little bit messy. Do I still need to do something similar?

Re: Soft/Hard Copy and VBO Animation
You have now access to sio2ObjectSoftCopy & HardCopy, for animation you should use HardCopy... Check the new tutorial061... I demonstrate how to use them...
Re: Soft/Hard Copy and VBO Animation
I can't seem to get animated objects to copy correctly (and keep their animation ability).
Am I doing something wrong or does this still not work right? . I can display my copied object but any calls to sio2ObjectPlay or stop cause a crash.

Check the source of iZenGarden, all the animals are created from a hard copy with animation and bound to a random IPO path.
Check the video on the homepage to see what I mean.
